Puchasing Specialist

Chefaa ,one of the safe digital transformation of healthcare and supply chain, is hiring a Purchasing Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure required products from warehouses based on organizational needs.

  • Ensure timely delivery of purchased items from the warehouses. 

  • Maintain effective communication with warehouse staff to coordinate and track orders.

  • Conduct market research and perform price comparisons to identify cost-effective purchasing options. 

  • Maintain a database of pricing information and vendor catalogs for reference. 

  • Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures. 

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and confirm purchase requirements. 

  • Identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers based on quality, reliability, and pricing. 

  • Monitor vendor performance, including delivery reliability and product quality, and address any issues that arise.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase transactions, POs, and other relevant documentation.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, metrics, and analysis related to purchasing activities. 

  • Collaborate with various departments such as finance, and business, to ensure alignment in procurement activities.

  • from 1 to 3 years in a relevant role. 

  • Proven experience in local Purchasing

  • Pharmaceutical industry background is preferred.

Working Conditions:
  • 6 working days per week with Fridays off and Saturdays WFH.
  • Work location : Maadi
  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
