Ensure achievement of defined quality and productivity standards.
Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, 14000, and other relevant standards.
Monitor and analyze product quality, conduct defect assessments, and implement corrective actions.
Manage and adapt quality systems, including Copreci Group guidelines and industry regulations.
Oversee machine availability and performance, ensuring operational efficiency.
Conduct material inventories and ensure optimal stock management.
Enforce safety, environmental, and cleanliness standards.
Lead customer complaint resolution processes, including 8D problem-solving methodology and root cause analysis (RCA).
Analyze production data and measure the defective rate to drive continuous improvement.
Implement statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools (PPM, CP & CPk, FMEA, 5S methodology).
Ensure adherence to quality management systems (QMS) and drive product certification.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in SAP, Minitab, and data analysis tools.
Strong knowledge of 7 Quality Tools, PPM, CP & CPk, 5S methodology, FMEA, and QMS.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and resolve quality-related issues.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and ensure continuous improvement in quality
