HR Operations Manager – Talent 360
Role Overview:
Leads the HR Operations function to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all personnel and payroll activities. Oversees the HR Ops team, audits client deliverables, and drives process improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Supervising and auditing all personnel and payroll operations across multiple clients
• Ensuring compliance with labor law, social insurance, and tax regulations
• Managing the HR Ops Advisors and Team Leaders to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables
• Reviewing and approving monthly payrolls before submission to clients
• Monitoring department performance and KPIs
• Developing and updating HR operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Coordinating with HR Advisory, Finance, and IT departments to ensure seamless workflow
• Leading process improvement initiatives and identifying efficiency opportunities
• Preparing monthly reports and audit findings for management review
Qualifications:
• Experience: 5+ years in HR Operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance, payroll processes, and compliance standards
• Skills: Strong analytical and leadership abilities, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, excellent communication, and people management skills
Work Environment:
• Hours: Full-time (09:00 AM – 05:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM)
• Days Off: Fridays & Saturdays
• Location: Nasr City
