Talent 360 is hiring for one of its clients in Maadi. We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Specialist to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help Recruitera’s customers manage thier end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, -using ATS systems.
- Guide and support Recruitera’s customers in utilizing the platform effectively.
- Provide training and onboarding sessions for new users, ensuring they leverage all ATS features.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them optimize their hiring workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance platform usability based on client feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user inquiries related to the ATS system.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a recruiter, with hands-on experience using ATS platforms.
- Strong understanding of the hiring process and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Problem-solving mindset with a passion for enhancing user experience.
- Prior experience in customer success or account management is a plus.
