Talent360 is now hiring for one of our clients "Marketing Manager" (Real Estate). We are looking for a flexible and versatile Marketing Manager with a real estate background who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels, tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.



Job Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote real estate properties, aligning with organizational objectives.

Property Promotion: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including online and offline collateral, to effectively showcase properties and attract potential buyers.

Digital Marketing: Utilize digital channels such as social media, email campaigns, and online advertising to maximize property visibility and engagement with target audiences.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and potential buyers, ensuring excellent customer service and addressing inquiries.

Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and identifying areas for improvement.

Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales and marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge

● Budgeting: Develop annual Marketing budget for the company goals with inputs from the Marketing team.



Job Requirements:


● Bachelor's degree/ Master’s in Marketing, Business, or a related field

● Experience in real estate sales and marketing for at least 8 years

Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with local real estate market trends and conditions
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Strong Leadership skills
Excellent user for MS Office tools, CRM software.
Knowledge of marketing/ advertising techniques, channels, and industry best practices.
Very good command of English

Job Type: Full-Time.

Working Days: Saturday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Work Location: Park Street- Zayed
