Consultant Chef plays a key role in building strong
relationships in the market, gathering product feedback, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the commercial team with hands-on culinary expertise.
Job Description
Customer-Focused Product Demonstrations
- Conduct live, on-site demos on products at customer kitchens and operational
setups. - Support customer chefs with training on proper product use, cooking methods, and preparation techniques.
In-Field Technical Support
- Troubleshoot product-related issues directly with chefs and kitchen staff, offering real-time
solutions. - Customize product usage to meet specific operational challenges and menu goals.
Market Relationship Building
- Build strong professional networks with chefs, kitchen managers, and culinary decision-makers across the mainstream food service segment.
Reporting & Communication
- Report regularly to the Sales Manager with detailed activity updates, customer interactions, and field observations.
Job Requirements:
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional kitchen experience.
- Minimum 7 years in the food service or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or supplier-side chef role is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the market.
Work condition
- Working hours: from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM ( 1 Hour Break )
- Fridays & Saturdays are off
- Location: Field work
