Talent 360 is hiring Senior Account Executive for BAM
Expected Job Role
Act as a key support to Account Managers and Account Directors in handling client portfolios and daily account operations
Ensure the smooth execution of digital marketing and advertising campaigns from briefing to delivery
Collaborate with internal departments (creative, media, research, community management) to align work with client goals
Attend client meetings, pitches, and outdoor shoots to ensure full understanding of client needs and proper campaign execution
Prepare and communicate campaign briefs, timelines, budgets, and calendars
Monitor project progress, ensure tasks stay within budget and deadline, and maintain high standards of quality control
Regularly communicate with clients to gather feedback and manage expectations
Contribute creative input and strategic recommendations to strengthen campaign impact
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, support with contract preparation and onboarding
Manage administrative tasks to ensure campaigns are well-organized and documented
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or an equivalent field
Previous work experience as an Account Manager or a similar role in the Advertising industry
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and project coordination skills, with a continuous drive to improve inefficient processes
Solid understanding of digital advertising metrics, including the ability to differentiate between impressions and reach, and to translate metrics into overall strategic goals
Working conditions
Working hours: Sunday to Thursday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
