Talent360 is #hiring for one of our clients an experienced Social Media Manager
Responsibilities:
•Using Analytics and listening software to track conversations, trends, consumer Insights, strategic Insights, Influencer tracking, crisis Management, measure brand health, and sentiment, as well as campaigns performance.
•Monitor and report on social trends in the industry and amongst competitors.
•Conducting competitive analysis, researching emerging social media trends and best practices.
•Analyze the data collected and on a weekly basis, present a detailed report.
•Capture, analyze, and translate social listening data into actionable business insights.
•Deliver reports on demand to identify trends within social order to supply leadership with the emerging data and trends.
•Partner closely with the social media team to leverage and integrate social media data into overall strategy and planning.
Requirements:
•7 - 10 years of experience in advertising agencies
•Understand Search trends, performance, and keywords
•Function as an analytic expert on social listening analysis. Have advanced knowledge on writing queries, setting up monitors and quickly analyze/identify key trends and topics
•Going beyond the basic data to provide meaningful analysis that can provide actionable insights and help identify business opportunities, and evaluate campaign performance
•Work in close partnership with the Social Media and PR teams to capture key events/moments, find consumer insights
Working conditions:
•From 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
•2 Days off: Fridays and Saturdays
