Probuilder is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager / Office Administrator to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration within a construction or contracting environment, with proven ability to manage workflows, support teams, and maintain efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.
• Coordinate office activities, schedules, and internal communications.
• Handle documentation, filing systems, contracts, and official correspondence.
• Support management and project teams with administrative and reporting tasks.
• Coordinate with HR, finance, and procurement departments on office-related matters.
• Manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain meeting records.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in office administration, preferably within construction or contracting companies.
• Strong understanding of administrative procedures and office coordination.
• Experience dealing with multiple departments and senior management.
Skills:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
