About the Role:
Arak Lighting Company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the lighting industry. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and drive business growth while building long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
        Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
        Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to maximize performance
        Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
        Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key accounts
        Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
        Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
        Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
        Coordinate with marketing, technical, and operations teams

Requirements:
        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
        6–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the lighting industry
        Proven experience in a Sales Manager or similar leadership role
        Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
        Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

Work Location & Schedule:
 Location: Riyadh
 Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour break)
Days Off: Friday & Saturday
