Talent360 is hiring for one of our clients a Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, extensive experience in media planning and buying, and a proven track record of delivering high-ROI campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement media buying strategies across digital, social, print, and broadcast channels.
- Negotiate rates and manage relationships with media vendors and platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Conduct market research and analyze audience data to inform media strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, budgets, and key metrics.
- Stay updated with trends, platforms, and best practices in media buying.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed KPIs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in media buying, planning, or advertising.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms, etc.).
- Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and campaign optimization skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
