We are an insurance technology startup looking for a highly motivated and autonomous Backend Developer to join our team!
As a core member, you will play a key role in developing infrastructure, implementing APIs, optimizing performance, and building a reliable system.
🔹 What You Will Do:
• Design and build server-side logic and infrastructure • API design and development • Maintain and improve the performance of existing software • Write tests to ensure compatibility and stability • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Rapidly design, prototype, and fix bugs🔹 Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years experience with Python and Django • Strong understanding of CS fundamentals, data structures & algorithms • Experience with Django REST Framework (a plus) • Knowledge of Celery or other task queues • Experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, SQS, etc.) • Proficiency with GIT (branching, merging) • Team player with strong problem-solving skills📩 Interested?
