Project Manager (Architect or Civil Engineer)

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager with a background in Architecture or Civil Engineering to join our team at Probuildersa. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of industry experience, with a proven track record of on-site project management, particularly in finishing work for high-end projects such as hotels, palaces, and malls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring high-quality finishing work and project completion within time and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress and prepare regular reports on project status and performance.
• Manage and supervise finishing work, ensuring the use of high-quality materials and advanced techniques.
• Implement safety protocols and quality standards on-site to minimize risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any challenges related to construction activities or project coordination.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience, with a strong focus on on-site project management and finishing work for high-end projects (hotels, palaces, malls, etc.).
• Extensive knowledge of finishing materials and techniques; experience in the Gulf region is preferred.
• Proven expertise in construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
