About the Role:
The Project Coordinator will support our design department, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, designers, and the project team. The role involves handling project documentation, following up on design progress, and maintaining clear communication to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met .
Requirements:
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Proficient in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Able to handle clients’ and lighting designers’ needs effectively
• Well-organized with good file management practices
• Presentable and professional attitude
• Junior-level candidate
• Open to all academic majors
• Valid driving license
• Preferably based in Riyadh
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same field
Working Conditions:
- From Sunday to Thursday
- From 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Location : Riyadh
