About the Role:
Rising Star is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in promoting and selling financial and accounting training workshops offered by our academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, achieving revenue goals, coaching the team, and reporting to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies
-Monitor team performance and provide coaching
-Collaborate with marketing to expand customer reach
-Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
-Prepare sales reports and market analyses
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
-Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in training or educational services
-Proven leadership and performance management experience
-Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
-Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
