Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven and technically skilled Technical Training & Support Engineer to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines technical know-how, training delivery, and hands-on support, ensuring our field technicians and clients are fully equipped to operate and maintain our equipment to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret Technical Documentation: Analyze and interpret product manuals, schematics, and specifications to guide proper installation and service.
- Deliver Training Programs: Facilitate engaging training sessions (both practical and theoretical) for technicians on equipment setup, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Enhance Service Quality: Gather field feedback and work closely with the technical team to improve support standards and operational procedures.
- Develop Training Materials: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documents and training guides that are easy to understand and apply.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Uphold compliance with all relevant safety standards and industry regulations in all support and training activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or Production Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid technical foundation
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is required
- Confident presenter with excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in technical support, field service, or training is preferred
- A genuine interest in the fitness and wellness industry is a strong advantage
