SOKNA is now Hiring a ( Quality Coordinator )
Your role includes inspecting materials and processes. Ensuring compliance with new and existing quality standards and regulations, implementing quality management systems.



Job Description:
-Monitoring all processes activities and procedures which includes daily cases debugging and quality issues recording.
-Applying internal auditing procedures like daily cases scoring, random field and inventory visits.
-Vendor audits on quarterly basis plus following up on vendor daily performance, recording non conformities and preparing quarterly scorecards.
-Doing Daily customer feedback calls, following on CSAT results, recording positive and negative feedbacks.
-Doing random calls to not hired cases and record outcomes.
-Daily spot checks on iTrack.
-Weekly spot checks on car cameras.
-Assisting with the development of company policies, processes and procedures.
-Daily follow up on quality management system documentation.
-Assisting in quality training sessions.
 

Job Requirements:
-Degree in a related field.
-1-2 years of experience working with quality systems.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
-Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
-Strong organizational skills


Work conditions:
-Work Location: Zamalek.
- From Sunday to Thursday 
- Friday & Saturday are off 
- 8 Hours working
