Talent 360 is hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a Oracle SCM Consultant .
In this role, you will provide technical and functional support across Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Applications, while developing, integrating, and maintaining Oracle solutions to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, support, and enhance Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, iProcurement, and Supplier Management.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle SCM solutions aligned with best practices.
- Lead or support implementation activities including setups, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely resolution to users.
- Prepare and execute SIT/UAT test scenarios and validate enhancements or new functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain workflows and improve system performance.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation including configurations, process flows, and user guides.
- Support integration activities with related modules (Finance, Projects, Manufacturing) and external systems.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, order management).
- Good knowledge of setups, configurations, and end-to-end SCM workflows.
- Ability to prepare functional documents (BRD, MD050, test cases).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- SQL knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage priorities effectively.
