🔍 Who We're Looking For
We are seeking students in their 3rd or 4th year of study who have a solid foundation in architecture or building systems and are eager to apply their knowledge using BIM platforms such as Revit and Navisworks.
🎓 Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field
Preferably in 3rd or 4th year of study
Strong knowledge or coursework in:
Building design or construction systems
Building codes and regulations (local/international)
Proficiency with:
Revit (required)
Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, or BIM 360 is a plus
Understanding of basic BIM workflows (LOD, clash detection, coordination)
💼 What You’ll Do
Support the creation and development of 3D BIM models using Revit
Participate in drawing production, model coordination, and project documentation
Assist with clash detection, quantity takeoffs, and BIM quality control
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and BIM coordinators across disciplines
Contribute to the standardization and maintenance of BIM libraries
✅ Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with real or academic projects using BIM.
Exposure to rendering or visualization tools (e.g., Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion).
Understanding of sustainability, MEP integration, or construction phasing in BIM.
