Talent 360 is hiring Supply Chain Coordinator for Green Trade

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage all documents required for import and shipping operations.
Coordinate with customs clearance agents to ensure timely release of shipments.
Liaise with relevant government entities (e.g., ZATCA, Ministry of Commerce) to ensure compliance.
Monitor adherence to Saudi import and customs regulations.
Follow up on government fees and tax payments related to import operations.
Resolve any delays or issues related to customs or regulatory procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and documentation.

🎯 Requirements:

University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in import and customs clearance, preferably within the medical sector.
Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Saudi customs regulations, government platforms, and related e-systems.
Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
Flexibility and capacity to work under pressure.
