About the Role
Our client, a reputable software house, is seeking a professional Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and prior experience managing projects in a software house environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions and define scope, timeline, and deliverables.
- Manage resources, budgets, and overall project execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and produce regular reports.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes within the timeline and scope.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Experience in a software house is a must.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
