KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop comprehensive Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) specifications and schedules for residential and commercial projects
- Produce detailed AutoCAD layouts, elevations, and technical drawings
- Create material boards and renderings in Photoshop & InDesign to communicate design intent
- Research, evaluate, and select FF&E materials, finishes, fabrics, and accessories
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, procurement, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery
- Manage vendor relationships, quotations, samples, and lead times
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify installations meet design specifications
- Maintain accurate documentation and update BIM/FF&E libraries
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Proven experience using AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong background in material selection for FF&E (fabrics, finishes, fixtures, etc.)
- Excellent understanding of FF&E procurement and specification processes
- Solid technical drawing and detailing skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
