About the role 


As a Business Development Specialist at OAK, you’ll be at the forefront of our expansion — spotting new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting strategic partnerships. From market research and lead generation to creating growth strategies with our team, your role will be key in strengthening OAK’s presence in the architectural industry and contributing to our long-term success.


Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the architectural industry.
- Proactively generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and online research.
- Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients to introduce OAK’s services and explore collaboration opportunities.
- Support the preparation of tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs and project specifications.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring effective communication and a clear understanding of requirements.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance visibility and establish connections.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and campaigns aligned with business development goals.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to inform strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, client interactions, and market trends for management review.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and company services.
- Assist in implementing strategic initiatives that enhance growth and market positioning.
- Utilize CRM tools to ensure timely follow-ups and effective client communication.
- Support the management of business development budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Qualify leads to assess potential value and prioritize follow-up actions.
- Document all business development activities and communications for reporting and reference.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and enhance team effectiveness.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the architectural or construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong market research and data analysis abilities to identify trends and opportunities.
- Proven networking skills and ability to build lasting industry relationships.

Work Conditions

- Working Hours: 8 hours/day (10:00 am – 6:00 pm)
- Working Days: Sunday – Thursday
- Location: El-Sheikh Zayed
