Job Scope
* Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
* Responsible for Recruitment requests.
* Responsible for employee relations tasks.
* Assist in Organization Development tasks.
* Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
* Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
* Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports.
* Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Job Requirements:
* 1-3 Years of Experience in Human resources field.
* Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
* Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
* Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Work Conditions:
•Working hours: from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM OR
from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM
* Fridays & Saturdays are off
Locations Available : New Cairo, 6th of october , Masr Elgdeda , Zamalek, Maadi, Nasr City
