Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Logistics Supervisor to oversee our logistics operations. This role will ensure the smooth functioning of supply chain activities, manage team performance, and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Operations: Oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of logistics staff to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards of service.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on logistics performance, providing insights for management.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards in logistics operations.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve operational issues swiftly to minimize disruptions and maintain service quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Work Conditions
- Location: Mohandseen, Cairo, Egypt
- Working Hours: 8 Hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Working Days: 5 Days (On Site)
- Days Off: Fridays & Saturdays
