OMQ is hiring strategic and results-driven Business Development & Partnership Manager to lead growth initiatives, drive revenue, and secure high-value partnerships.
Omq is a Riyadh-based event management company specializing in exhibitions and conferences. It has quickly built strong partnerships by delivering high-quality events with a dedicated and passionate team.
Job Requirements:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, government entities, and sponsors.
- Lead outreach and negotiations with potential partners, ensuring mutual value and alignment with company goals.
- Create proposals, pitch decks, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the event planning and production teams to design customized offerings for partners and clients.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to inform strategy.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and report progress to senior management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and key client meetings.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong network within the Saudi market and knowledge of the local business landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Saudi based preferred in alignment with localization initiatives.
