Expected Job Role
Work with the relevant stakeholders to prepare product requirements and scope documents
Implement ways to reuse requirements across products.
Manage requirements traceability information and track requirements status throughout the project.
Conduct and lead meetings with both external and internal teams to get the agreement/solution on requirements and business needs.
Identify ways to assist product management in product planning through requirements development and analysis.
Propose new product features and updates
Manage changes to baseline requirements through effective application of change control processes and tools
Balance deadlines, functionality, and quality
Lead all efforts of validation of the requirements and make sure they satisfy the client’s needs and all attributes of good requirements
Work with technical writer to develop a complete product documentation for the final product or software in technical terms
Participating in validating UAT cases are covering product features as expected by the end user.
Continuous Improvement, contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of product features, user experience and product usage taking into account SDLC best practice and DevOps standards.
Main Skills/Competencies
Practical experience in leading business requirements and brainstorming meetings in similar domain/industry (ERP, orders and workforce management).
Good Knowledge about software development models especially cloud-apps and micro-services-oriented apps.
Knowledge of DevOps standard and processes in developing web and mobile apps.
Expert knowledge and experience with process design and mapping tools such as Draw.io, UML, Visio.
Strong skills in using JIRA for SDLC management software for Agile projects.
Expert-level in writing Epics, user stories and features’ details for development teams.
Practical experience with business requirements gathering, generating documents, and validating to match end user expectations.
Preferred: knowledge of software design methodologies and frameworks.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills to express and elaborate on ideas and opinions.
