Position Overview
The QA Senior Engineer leads the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies for complex software products. This role requires mastery in test planning, test automation, defect management, and strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies for complex software products.
- Define and implement test automation frameworks and processes.
- Automate testing processes using appropriate tools and frameworks (Cypress/Playwright).
- Aware of the CI/CD process.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in best practices and testing methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of software testing experience.
- Expertise in test planning, test automation, and defect management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with leading large-scale testing initiatives for complex software products.
- Proven track record of implementing successful test automation frameworks and processes.
- Development Path Potential progression to QA Lead Engineer or QA Principal Engineer, focusing on broader QA strategy and leadership within the organization.
