We’re Seeking a talented Logistics Manager To join our team.


Overview: As a Logistics Manager, you will play a crucial role in

ensuring the seamless execution of events by overseeing all logistical operations. You will be

responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the logistics of events, including

transportation, equipment, supplies, vendor relationships, and team management. Your

expertise will ensure that every event runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the

overall success of our agency.


Job role:


  • Plan and manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.
  • Responsible for Warehouse admins and workers, responsible for their deliverables and tracking attendance and performance.
  • Supervise logistics staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
  • Improving the efficiency of receiving and shipping processes and reducing lead times.
  • Ensuring all elements are executed according to plan.
  • Research and purchase necessary supplies and materials for events, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing for equipment and services.
  • Prepare and manage logistics budgets, tracking expenses to stay within financial constraints.
  • Work closely with event planners, operations teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to event execution

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • +8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, and event planning, with a focus on purchasing and equipment handling for events. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent command of English. 

Working Conditions:


  • Location: New Cairo. 
  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM To 6:00 PM.
