Key Responsibilities:

πŸ”Ή Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

πŸ”Ή Prospect and generate new clients through different channels

πŸ”Ή Conduct sales calls and meetings with potential and existing clients

πŸ”Ή Understand client needs and present tailored solutions

πŸ”Ή Close deals and follow up to ensure long-term client satisfaction

πŸ”Ή Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

πŸ”Ή Collect client feedback after onboarding and ensure service quality

πŸ”Ή Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience


Requirements:

βœ… 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields (fresh grads are welcome)

βœ… Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

βœ… Target-driven with a client-focused mindset

βœ… Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously

βœ… Comfortable with hybrid work (office & remote)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Nasr City. The Sales Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and managing accounts effectively. Key responsibilities include building strong client connections, providing top-tier customer service, and creating strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. The role also involves generating leads and maintaining effective communication with both clients and internal teams.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Lead Generation
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in sales or client relationship management within the MENA region is a plus
