Job Title: Head of Marketing

About the Role:
Firewood is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead the brand’s growth and visibility across both digital and offline channels. You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, driving campaigns, and ensuring strong alignment with commercial goals. This role requires a creative thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of F&B, Fashion, Retail, or E-commerce markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the company’s overall marketing strategy—across branding, campaigns, promotions, events, and partnerships.
- Oversee both Digital Marketing (ads, content, social media) and Offline Marketing (in-store branding, trade marketing, activations).
- Supervise and mentor the internal marketing team and manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and E-commerce teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (brand reach, lead generation, ROAS, conversion rate) and present actionable insights through monthly/quarterly reports.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of marketing experience within F&B, Fashion, Retail, or E-commerce industries.
- Strong expertise in both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Proven experience in leading and scaling marketing teams.
- Excellent communication, planning, and presentation skills.
- Good English Communication skills (spoken and written).
- Familiar with Tools and Platforms Such as: (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, Excel, Trello / Asana)
