Job Role Summary:
● Assist in daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
● Coordinate with internal teams to optimize operational processes.
● Support project execution and track progress against established goals.
● Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations.
● Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
● Assist in coordinating meetings, schedules, and communications among team members.
● Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
● 1 year of experience in operations and coordination.
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:
● Location: Zahraa el Maadi
● Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
● Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM OR 10 AM - 6 PM
● Days Off: Friday and Saturday
