Cardoo is now looking for an Influencer Manager with the following responsibilities & requirements.
The Influencer Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with social media influencers to execute collaborative campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and strategic brand-building within the technology industry. You will oversee negotiations, track performance, coordinate influencer posts, and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure alignment with our brand’s mission.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Influencer Relationships: Identify, onboard, and build partnerships with relevant influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and others.
- Campaign Strategy Execution: Plan and implement influencer campaigns that align with the brand’s goals and product launches.
- Handle Contracts & Negotiations: Oversee contract creation, percentage-based agreements, gift exchanges, and other compensation structures to ensure mutual benefit and transparency.
- Track Influencer Posts & Performance: Monitor influencer activity, analyze engagement, and ensure adherence to campaign deliverables and timelines.
- Coordinate Campaigns: Follow up on posts, ensuring proper timelines and high-quality delivery across social media campaigns.
- Develop Performance Reports: Analyze campaign performance and influencer ROI, making recommendations for continuous improvements.
- Stay Informed: Keep up with market trends, shifts in influencer activity, and platform updates to maintain competitive strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Influencer Marketing: Proven background managing influencer relationships, campaigns, or partnerships. Experience in the tech industry is a plus.
- Excellent Negotiation Skills: Comfortable negotiating percentages, collaborations, gift exchanges, and contract terms.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with influencers professionally and maintain positive, long-term relationships.
- Social media: Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, etc., and their advertising capabilities.
- Creative Thinker: Ability to conceptualize unique social media campaigns that align with brand positioning
Work Conditions:
Job Type: Full-Time.
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
