Talent 360 is hiring for one of our clients an Office Admin
Responsibility:
Manage office supplies inventory and
Place orders as needed
● Organize and maintain filing systems,
Both physical and digital
● Answer and direct phone calls and
emails
● Schedule meetings, appointments, and
travel arrangements
● Assist in preparing reports,
presentations, and correspondence
● Liaise with vendors, service providers,
and the landlord
● Maintain a clean and organized office
environment
● Handle incoming and outgoing mail
● Answer client calls and handle inquiries
professionally
● Call potential clients to discuss services,
offers, and discounts
● Make payment request calls and follow up
on outstanding balances
● Handle client frustration calls with
empathy and escalate concerns when
necessary
● Pass on relevant requests and
information to potential and existing
clients
● support the management with
additional tasks and responsibilities as
required
Requirements:
1 - 2 Years of Experience
● Proven experience in an office
administrator, office assistant, or a
relevant role
● Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel,
Outlook, PowerPoint)
● Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills
abilities
● Attention to detail and problem-solving
skills
● Comfortably handling the client
communication via phone and email
● Fluent English speaker
Work Conditions:
From Sunday to Thursday,9:00 AM to
5 PM, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 11:00 AM
to 7 PM
● Weekends: Friday & Saturday
