Job Description:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote real estate properties, aligning with organizational objectives.
  •  Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including online and offline collateral, to effectively showcase properties and attract potential buyers. 
  •  Utilize digital channels such as social media, email campaigns, and online advertising to maximize property  visibility and engagement with target audiences. 
  •  Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and potential buyers, ensuring excellent customer service and addressing inquiries.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales and marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge
  •  Develop annual Marketing budget for the company goals with inputs from the Marketing team.                          Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  •  Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing. 
  •  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. 
  •  Experience in digital marketing and social media management. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
