Sales Representative
for one of its clients
Job Description
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
Negotiate and close sales agreements.
Develop a deep understanding of Zamzam's product range and technical specifications.
Provide technical advice and product recommendations to customers.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Track order progress and provide updates to customers.
Resolve any delivery issues or discrepancies.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Gather customer feedback and provide insights to Management.
Job Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in a sales role within a manufacturing or product development environment, preferably in the HVAC or air quality industry.
Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent user of MS Office
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Strong technical aptitude and understanding of product specifications.
Proficiency in using CRM software.
Fluency in Arabic and English
Working conditions
Workdays: From Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Weekends: Friday & Saturday
