Talent 360 is hiring a Sales Representative for one of its clients

Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support. 
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities. 
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of Zamzam's product range and technical specifications. 
  • Provide technical advice and product recommendations to customers. 
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. 
  • Track order progress and provide updates to customers. 
  • Resolve any delivery issues or discrepancies. 
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities. 
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to Management.  

Job Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales role within a manufacturing or product development environment, preferably in the HVAC or air quality industry. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Excellent user of MS Office
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. 
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of product specifications. 
  • Proficiency in using CRM software. 
  • Fluency in Arabic and English

Working conditions 

  • Workdays: From Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 
  • Weekends: Friday & Saturday 
  • Location: October
