Talent 360 is hiring Talent Management Specialist to join our stars team : 


Recruitment 

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including sending welcome emails, preparing necessary tools, and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Align recruitment strategies with business needs and talent pipelines.

Performance Management

  • Track and monitor employee performance to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Work closely with direct managers to conduct performance evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and career progression plans.

 Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and training needs in collaboration with direct managers.
  • Develop and implement training programs that support employee growth and performance enhancement.
  • Ensure employees have access to relevant learning opportunities and development resources.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Employee Engagement 

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and support to resolve issues.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and motivation.
  • Organize team-building activities, engagement surveys, and recognition programs.
  • Ensure a positive employee experience through regular feedback and well-being initiatives.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in talent management, recruitment, or HR-related roles.
  • Excellent in English 
  • Strong understanding of performance management, training, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with managers and employees across all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
