About the client:

Misr Commercial and Industrial Company (MCIC) was established as the sole Egyptian agent and distributor of Bohler International, a worldwide pioneer in the field of Special Steel Alloys and non-ferrous alloys. A large number of Egypt-based companies depend on Bohler for high-preforming and efficient tool steels. MCIC exists to fill this need. Main Responsibilities:

-Maintaining relationships with existing clients and expanding relationships with potential clients.

-Research and source new potential clients.

-Seek new sales opportunities.

-Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.

-Liaise between the customer and internal teams.

-Resolve customers' complaints effectively and respectfully.

-Create reports for upper management.

-Keep updated with industry and market trends and best practices.

-Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

-Identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

-Minimum 3 years of experience.

-Experience in CRM is a must.

-Fluent in both Arabic and English in both verbal and writing.

-Professional user of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

-Excellent reporting skills.

-Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
