Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Misrcomm in Cairo, Egypt. The Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients and expanding relationships with potential clients.
- Research and source new potential clients.
- seek new sales opportunities.
- Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
- Resolve customers and complaints effectively and respectfully.
- Create reports for upper management.
- Keep updated with industry and market trends and best practices.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English in both verbal and writing.
- Professional user of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent reporting skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- CRM Systems Experience is a must.
Work Conditions:
working days: From Sunday to Thursday
2 Days OFF (Friday & Saturday)
Working hours 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
