UNLOCK, the AI-powered tech startup revolutionizing how companies find and work with service agencies, is growing—and we’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team!


Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all clients find the services they need and successfully connect with a service provider through UNLOCK.
  • Own and continuously enhance the UNLOCK experience for every client seeking services.
  • Conduct initial welcome calls with all clients to explain the process and understand their service requirements.
  • Vet clients to ensure their service needs align with UNLOCK’s offering, they are actively seeking agency support, and have a suitable budget.
  • Match clients with the most relevant service providers by reviewing listings on UNLOCK, reaching out to providers, and conducting independent research when needed.
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure UNLOCK becomes their go-to platform for business services.
  • Collect and update client feedback regularly and maintain accurate records daily.

    Please note: This role will evolve over time in line with business needs and priorities.
Job Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Customer Success Specialist, Account Manager, or in a related role (e.g., Business Development).
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in customer success or account management in a B2B environment.
  • Solid understanding of professional services.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
